We are offering FREE Sports physicals on Wednesday, May 8th from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.

Eligible students must be entering grades 7th - 12th in the 2019-2020 school year and be attending a school in Jackson County. Please bring a completed KSHSAA Physical Form, including Parent's signature, with you. You can click on this link to access the required form. KSHSAA Form
