M-F, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm
This position will provide PRN coverage to patient in our Home Health Department.
The Physical Therapist is responsible for evaluation and establishment of clients plan of care and ongoing follow-up treatments. Maintains a professional relationship with staff, clients, and visitors. Provides client care in the patient's home.
Requirements
Bachelors, Masters or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited college
Physical Therapist License issued by the Kansas State Board of Healing Arts
Current BLS certification
Valid Kansas Drivers License
Current Auto Insurance
