Holton Community Hospital is looking for a PRN Occupational Therapist. This position is responsible for evaluation and establishment of clients plan of care and ongoing follow-up treatments. Also would provide supervision and guidance of COTA(s) in their performance of client care. Employee must maintain a professional relationship with staff, clients, and visitors. We provide client care in various settings including outpatient, inpatient and home health.
Requirements
Graduate of an education program approved by the Commission on Accreditation in Occupational Therapy Education
Must have a current valid Occupational Therapist License issued by the Kansas Board of Healing Arts (or be able to obtain one)
Must maintain requirements set by the Kansas State Board of Healing Arts for registration/licensure in Kansas
Must have a valid Kansas Drivers License and proof of Auto Insurance
