Human Resources Coordinator - Human Resources
Full Time
This position will work 4 days per week (M-F). Hours are 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

The Human Resources Coordinator's role is to assist with recruitment, onboarding, off-boarding, benefits and employee relations activities. They will handle confidential materials, complete special assignments and projects as assigned. This individual will develop positive relationships with our employees and managers to assist in processes that enable our staff to be successful.

Essential Skills
  • Work experience in human resources or recruiting
  • Familiarity with social media and professional networks
  • Proficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trends
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Communicates with honesty and kindness, builds trusting relationships
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and working social media sites

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or Business, or the equivalent experience, required.
  • 2-3 years of experience in human resources field preferred.
